Aerocutt warrants that all products engineered for specific vehicles are to suit said vehicle in stock form unless otherwise mentioned. If the product is to suit a specifically modified vehicle (for example a particular engine swapped into a particular vehicle), this product variant will be a specific option that MUST be selected before moving though to the payment process.

In the event a customer is to return a product back to Aerocutt under their own accord, that customer should assume any associated postage costs. In the event the product being returned by the customer is at fault of Aerocutt (ie. Incorrect product sent for what has been ordered as shown on receipt, product manufacturing defects/faults etc) please first notify Aerocutt of the problem/reason for return & Aerocutt can help with accurate reimbursement to cover the cost of shipping back to Aerocutt. 

Aerocutt reserves the right to assess the alleged defects/faults in line with our requirements under the Australian Consumer Law. Aerocutt reserves the right where possible to attempt to replace the product with a correct replacement, repair or refund upon assessment.
