Shipping Policy

At Aerocutt, it's our priority to have orders shipped out within 2 business days of order date. Email verification will be sent attached with the tracking number when your order has been shipped.  

Please Note: Some products listed may not be in stock at the time of purchase. This may lead to an increased lead time of 1-2 weeks. If a product is required by a certain date, please contact us via email or phone to ensure you receive your product in time.

Products purchased in raw aluminium or stainless steel are unfinished. These may be painted, polished or coated, or simply left raw and fit for protection and aero purposes. Raw parts can sometimes leave our laser cutter with light marks and blemishes - if a perfect finish is desired please consider a coated option!

In the event you do not receive an email confirmation with a tracking number within 9 days, please contact us by sending an email to sales@aerocutt.com. Ensure you include your Full Name + Order Number.
