This V2 Aerocutt cooling panel is our new full-coverage update to our traditional option and serves several purposes for your car:
 
Promotes efficient air flow through the front bumper to the radiator
Helps to increase rigidity between the body and grille
Replaces the factory plastic unit with one more durable
An aesthetic addition to your engine bay
Can be optioned with or without the factory intake duct
 
These are 3D modelled in CAD, laser cut and CNC folded for perfect and easy fitment. Factory fastener locations are used and no drilling or vehicle modifications are required.
 
These can be fastened with the factory plastic clips or the supplied rivnuts to achieve the bolted finish in the photos
 
Available in black powder coated aluminium and raw aluminium to suit your engine bay style.

Please note: some vehicles have fitted a factory stud in front of and to the passenger side of the bonnet latch (for a factory fitted heat exchanger). This lightly fouls against the panel, and if your car has this stud, before purchasing it must be made aware that this stud will have to be trimmed down to fit the plate.
