RB25DET Exhaust Heat Shield – Stock Manifold Fitment
Keep heat where it belongs — in the manifold, not in your engine bay. This heat shield is purpose-built to wrap pulse heat in the manifold and keep it out of your cooler piping, valve covers, lines, and surrounding components, helping protect nearby parts from heat soak and improving overall thermal management.
Finished in 1.6mm 4B brushed stainless steel - this can be run as is or painted to suit your engine bay. New hardware is also included.

This shield is designed to fit the stock RB25/RB25DET exhaust manifold and turbo profile. This one was specifically tested on an aftermarket intake - please take note of the area covered by the shield. Because RB25 setups are very commonly modified — aftermarket manifolds, turbo upgrades, relocated piping, custom exhaust work, etc. — if your manifold or surrounding hardware has been altered in any way modification should be expected
Please carefully check both your current exhaust manifold setup and the profile of this shield before purchasing.
